Career mentoring - unlock what's already there
You already have the skills.
You just haven't seen them translated yet.
I help people at a career crossroads — afraid to take the leap, unsure if they're good enough for something new — uncover the potential they already have and translate it into a plan they can actually act on.
Ran a professional kitchen through the Friday dinner rush, every night.
Leads a team through pressure and chaos — calmly, and on time.

Who I work with
You're at a crossroads
Something needs to change, but taking the leap feels risky — and you're not sure where to even start.
You're ready for a change
You want something different, but you're not sure your experience — or you — are enough to make it work. It is. You are.
You don't see your own worth
You can do more than your job title says, but you've stopped noticing your own worth — let alone proving it to someone else.

Your guide - Karol
Over a decade in corporate IT. The part I loved most was never the tech.
For more than ten years, I worked as a technical expert in a corporate IT environment — sitting with customers to manage their configurations, troubleshoot what wasn't working, and build the kind of ongoing relationship where they trusted me to have their back.
Internally, I helped build the standards that kept systems reliable, and verified that they held up to them. But out of everything I did, what I valued most was simpler: learning from the people around me, and passing that on to whoever needed it. That's what eventually pulled me toward mentoring — and it's why I use my own career as proof of what I tell my clients: you really can build something better from where you are.
The approach
You don't need to become someone new. You need to see who you already are.
Most people don't lack potential — they lack proof of it, at least in words anyone outside their old job would recognize. "Ran the pass during dinner service" sounds like a shift. "Led a team through pressure, every night, without missing a beat" sounds like a skill any employer wants. Same experience, two very different ways of seeing it.
"Nothing was ever missing. It was just waiting to be uncovered."
I'm not here to sell you a new set of skills — you already have what you need. My job is to help you see it clearly, believe it, and turn it into a concrete plan for the leap you're considering.
Taking a leap is easier with a map. That's what the plan is for — practical next steps, not blind faith.
